Pastor Nick Daleo
Lead Pastor
Pastor Nick has been in ministry for over 20 years before planting PGC in 2020. As PGC's lead pastor, Pastor Nick is the primary communicator on Sunday Mornings. Pastor Nick oversees the entire staff and church operations and seeks to stay true to PGC's mission of "Loving people where they're at because Christ loves us where we are." Pastor Nick serves diligently with our district, Converge Mid-Atlantic to coach other church planters and discuss issues around church leadership, biblical diversity, marriage longevity and more. Nick and his wife Tracey have three grown children and one grandson. Read more about Pastor Nick and his journey here.

Meet our Staff.

Julia Brady
Worship Arts and Media Director
Julia has served in worship ministries since 1996, when she felt God call her to serve Him in this capacity. Military life brought her family to New Jersey in 2011 and ultimately to being on the core team of PGC in 2020. As a worship leader and photographer, Julia has a passion for ministry and spreading the Gospel through music, as well as creating projects from behind the lens.  Julia oversees the Worship Arts and Media production teams, the weekly sermon videos, and PGC film projects.  Julia is married to her husband, Tom, and they have two grown daughters.

Maria Sroczynski
Office Administrator
Maria is the church administrator at PGC. She has been a member of PGC since they opened their doors in September 2020. She is also a part of the welcome team on Sunday morning. Maria has previously served in nursery and welcome ministries since 2015. Maria is married to her husband, Tom, they live in Toms River with their fur baby, a dog named Maggie.

Tiffany Nagy
Children's Ministry Director
As a former educator of 10 1/2 years, wife and mother to two, Tiffany is passionate about working with children, and brings enthusiasm for the Lord to our children’s ministry. Tiffany has been a member of PGC since 2021 and calls her experience here life changing. Through a hands on approach each Sunday and creating unique opportunities for the children throughout the year she hopes to inspire the next generation to draw closer to the Lord and build the foundation for a long standing relationship with their Heavenly Father.

Tracey Daleo
Director of Care
Tracey has been serving along side her husband Nick in ministry for over 20 years.  With her long time career in the medical field, she has moved from daily care of patients to supporting and caring for PGC as a whole. As Care Director, Tracey’s roll encompasses care of our staff, our amazing volunteers and direction to families in the community when their essential needs may not be met. She has also been tasked with supporting the leaders of all groups that fall under our Care Ministry and also supporting the Leaders of our ever growing PGC Women’s Ministries.  Pastor Nick and Tracey have been married for over 30 years and have three grown children,(Jackie, Anthony and Nicholas) one son-in-law (Anthony) and the families newest addition, a grandson named Lucas.

Crystal Parker
Social Media Manager
Crystal is a Lakehurst resident of over 15 years and lives with her husband, two children and three fur-babies. As PGC's Social Media Manager, she intends to use their online ministry to build God's Kingdom, not just an online following. All around the globe people are consuming content through social media as a part of their daily lives. Crystal is passionate about inspiring others through these online platforms and to make "church" a way of life, not just a building to attend once a week. She is motivated to make "disciples of all nations" and won't allow PGC's geographical location to limit the amount of people they can reach.

Jesse Fryson
Tech Director
Jesse has been a lifelong musician since the age of 4, playing drums in high school band, worship teams & rock bands throughout his 20's. He earned his Bachelor's in Audio Production from Full Sail University and has songwriting & producing credits on more than 30 albums. Jesse now serves as the Director of Media Production where his mission is to utilize sound, lighting & media to enhance the production
of PGC's services and maximize the potential of every event PGC holds, so that the impact of the Gospel can be seen, heard & felt by everyone involved!
