What can we expect at VBS 2026?
Who's ready to party? The best parties are full of surprises, and when Jesus is in attendance the surprises are full of unexpected grace, particularly for those who are undeserving. In the book of Luke Jesus attended plenty of parties. He defies all expectations by befriending sinners, and by teaching about parties that are thrown for strays, rebels, failures, and outsiders. You may be surprised at who He's befriending, forgiving and meeting with. We will uncover the unexpected grace of Jesus and learn that we may not deserve it, but the grace of God meets us in all kinds of surprising places.

This Summer we are teaming up with Family Promise of the Jersey Shore to provide household and hygiene essentials to help stock their day houses. All week long, we will be collecting the items listed above. Our VBS kids will go head-to-head competing for one last BIG surprise for their group leader, and who knows maybe even a certain Pastor! Whoever collects the most items will be the winner!
Snacks and drinks will be provided!
Due to airborne allergies, absolutely no food will be permitted into the building. Your child does not need to bring a water bottle. They will receive water bottles several times throughout the evening.
Let's get hyped for the VBS 2026 Surprise Party! We have compiled a list of songs that will be the soundtrack of our week together. We hope these tunes get you as excited as we are for the best party EVER! It's sure to turn into the soundtrack of the summer of 2026!
Surprise Party VBS 2026 is right around the corner and planning efforts are well underway! We could not pull off this epic week without your help. We are collecting donations in efforts to offset our costs. Please take a peek at the list to see if you may have some of these items collecting dust around the house!
-Party supplies: Party hats, horns, streamers, banners, party plates etc.
-Empty boxes, gift boxes, Amazon boxes, empty cereal boxes etc. Some of these boxes will be wrapped and used as part of our decor. If you choose to prewrap your empty box (Which would be lifechanging) Please keep the theme in mind!
-Tissue paper, gift bags, wrapping paper, gift bows and ribbon
-Non candy goodie bag trinkets and/or items you’d find in a pinata
-Silicone cupcake liners
